Traditional thai massage
This beautiful art was once performed only in Buddhist temples by Thai masters trained in this skill. It is relaxing, relieves pain, improves blood circulation and the immune system, increases joint flexibility, stimulates the lymphatic system, gives a sense of physical and mental balance and strengthens your health. It works much deeper than classic massage. It is carried out on a mat on the floor; you're dressed in comfortable natural clothes. The therapist uses thumbs, palms, elbows and knees. After a short relaxation he begins with the stimulation of acupressure points on the feet and legs, and then continues with a combination of slow and gentle stretching approaches and activating the main energy channels that Thai people are call 'Sen Lines'. Massage takes place lying on the back, stomach and side, and in a sitting position.
